The Museum is known for its large collection of Grandma Moses art and memorabilia.  The Museum also offers classes and workshops.  The Museum has a pavilion and nature trails that are open to the public free of charge.


Bennington Center for the Arts, Covered Bridge Museum

The Museum explores the history and legends of covered bridges.  Visitors can build and test their own bridge designs and plan a tour of Vermont's covered bridges.

The Monument commemorates the Battle of Bennington, which took place during the Revolutionary War.

 


Hildene:

Hildene was built in 1905 by Robert Todd Lincoln, son of Abraham and Mary Todd Lincoln. Cross-country skiing and snowshoeing on 8 km of walking trails.  Rentals available for children and adults at the Ski Pavilion adjacent to the Welcome Center.  Lessons are also available by appointment.
